Catholic Copts Concerned About New Egyptian Government Despite Assurances

The Coptic Catholics have sent a letter this week, congratulating Mohammed Morsi, the Egypt’s new President, and told him they are praying that his new government will respect “the rights and freedoms of all.” To find out more about their reaction to Morsi’s election, Terrasanta.net spoke June 26th with the head of communications for the Catholic Coptic Church in Egypt, Fr.
